Djail Covsky Aimable
In Country Coordinator
Covksy was born in Ranquitte, about a 2-hour drive south of Cap Haitien. He went to primary school in Lavictoire, a village near Ranquitte, and went to secondary school in Cap Haitien. Later he was able to attend University and graduated from Faculte de Droit Des Sciences Economiques et de Gestion du Cap Haitien with a degree in law.
He has worked with many NGOs from the United States doing translations with medical teams in the area. Ha has facilitated the organization of trips for Help Brings Hope for Haiti, Mission Portal Delcielo (a Baptist Mission based in Puerto Rico working in Ranquitte that builds schools and provides food and clothes to poor people), as well as several churches in the Nord and Nord est departments. Covsky has volunteered with the Cap Haitien Health Network for years and has been instrumental in the organization’s growth and an excellent reputation in the region.
Covsky’s love for the people and desire to find new and impactful ways to help is what attracted the reLink Global Health Leadership team. In late 2018, he joined the staff of reLink Global Health and has been instrumental in leading and executing the Healthcare Facility Mapping Project. In addition, he has played a big role in the formation and establishment of The Haiti Health Network which is an expansion of the Cap Haitien Health Network. He facilitates the planning and execution of regional distribution events and conferences.
Evenel Osias
Biomedical Professional
Evenel was born in Haiti and grew up in Pignon, Haiti. He studied Business Management at Université Quisqueya, Port-au-Prince, Haiti. As well as completing a biomedical certification program at the Career Institute of Technology, in Round Rock, Texas. He has continued his education receiving training in administration, inventory control, and many medical equipment specific trainings and certifications over the years. He carries with him both technical knowledge, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for the people of Haiti.
Evenel has worked as a Biomedical technician for The Dalton Foundation since 2018. His passion for training and sharing the lifesaving biomedical knowledge he has gained over the years with others have grown our biomedical program to include an apprenticeship program which Evenel leads.
Weederson Cenare
Biomedical Apprentice
Weederson joined the Dalton Foundation in June 2023 as our first biomedical apprentice. He has since been working with our biomedical technicians to learn and develop his skills and broaden his knowledge.
Cevere Luckner
Biomedical Apprentice
Cevere joined the Dalton Foundation team in 2024 as our second biomedical apprentice. He brings with him many years of experience and a wealth of knowledge and hopes to continue to learn more through the apprenticeship program.
